The construction of the 74-meter superyacht Amels Nome—the eighth hull in the Amels 242 series—has been completed. The yacht was first spotted in April 2024 during sea trials near Vlissingen.
The Tim Heywood-designed yacht features a steel hull in Flag Blue and an aluminum superstructure in Oyster White. The bespoke interior of Nome was designed by Winch Design, with standout elements including a wall of semi-precious blue agate in the main lobby, as well as blue-toned marble and mosaics adorning the spa areas.
Nome boasts a private owner’s deck with a jacuzzi, a large swimming pool at the stern, and a wellness area on the lower deck. The yacht accommodates 12 guests in six cabins and offers spacious areas across multiple decks for relaxation and entertainment.
With a length of 74 meters, Nome has a beam of 12.5 meters, a draft of 3.9 meters, and a top speed of 16.5 knots.
