Nautor Swan unveils product strategy and new models at Monaco Yacht Show 2025
Monaco, 26 September 2025 — At the Monaco Yacht Show, Nautor Swan announced an exciting product strategy roadmap and the evolution of its Maxi superyacht lineup. The presentation took place during Swan Talks, a live discussion featuring Massimo Perotti, Executive Chairman and CEO of Sanlorenzo, and Giovanni Pomati, CEO of Nautor Swan along the leading yacht design experts such as Germán Frers and Malcolm McKeon. The event highlighted Swan’s legacy and the expansion of its product portfolio.
Swan Alloy 44: ushering in the alloy era
Nautor Swan revealed the first renders of the Swan Alloy 44, the brand’s first aluminium supermaxi, designed by Malcolm McKeon in collaboration with Swan’s New Product Development and Technical Office teams. Swan Alloy 44 offers new possibilities for customization, class leading stiffness-to-weight ratio, and lifecycle serviceability while maintaining Swan’s signature proportions and style. A full technical release and launch are expected in 2026, with Massimo Perotti confirming it will be the first yacht built at Nautor Swan’s new Viareggio facility, utilizing premium aluminium hulls sourced from the Gouwerok Yard in the Netherlands.
Swan 128: global premiere of the Maxi flagship
The Swan 128 made its global debut last week in Port Hercule, advancing the Maxi family with German Frers’ performance DNA combined with contemporary volume and refined deck ergonomics. Designed as a sporting cruiser, the Swan 128 is fast to handle, comfortable at anchor, and focused on the owner experience. The helm position, cockpit flow, and light-filled interior reflect Swan’s signature restraint and style.
Future product strategy
Nautor Swan confirmed plans for up to two additional models in the Alloy line, exceeding 50 meters in length, and the launch of a new Bluewater series named SwanScape. These programs broaden the brand’s reach and offerings, maintaining a focus on performance, comfort, and Swan’s distinctive design language.
