Completing the novelties line-up, the all-new Fly 82 stands as the emblem of the stern revolution pioneered by Azimut with the Seadeck Series and now extended to the Fly range, fulfilling owners’ desire to live closer to the water while enjoying the whole flybridge experience, thanks to a Deck2Deck™ cockpit that literally opens wide onto the sea.

AZIMUT FLY 82

The new flagship of the best-selling Fly Series – with exteriors by Alberto Mancini and interiors by Fabio Fantolino, in his third project – combines the essence of Azimut’s signature aesthetics with innovative layout solutions and a significant advancement in the brand’s vision of open-air living.

The exterior lines are the finest expression of Mancini’s design approach for Azimut: well-sculpted and sharply defined, shaped by the wind: something that appears to be in motion even when at rest.

She is also the first model in the Fly Series to incorporate the Deck2Deck™ system, originally developed by Azimut for the Grande 26M, to maximize social space at the stern. Designed with versatility at its core, the opening transom rises to align seamlessly with the aft edge of the main deck, extending the boundaries of space and transforming the cockpit terrace into the true heart of conviviality.

Inside, the dialogue between Azimut and Fabio Fantolino unfolds in an atmosphere of refined, softly elegant style, a language that speaks of harmony and sophistication and that has become their shared signature for the Fly Series. The space revolves around its natural focal point, a generous round dining table that transforms the saloon into a stage for conviviality. To complete the scene, a bold new accent emerges in orange-brown, a contemporary hue that infuses the interiors with a fresh sense of character and distinction.

AZIMUT GRANDE 30M

The new Grande 30M bears the signature of Alberto Mancini, who designed the exterior lines, and the architecture studio m2atelier for the interiors. This marks the first collaboration between the two designers and introduces the Barefoot Luxury concept, developed by m2atelier for Azimut: an approach that reflects the vision of a new generation of owners, drawn to an informal and authentic lifestyle on board.

The exteriors of the Grande 30M stand out for their striking purity of line, crowned by the Rooftop Lounge, a feature debuting for the first time on an Azimut yacht. Here, the reimagined Infinity Skydeck – now entirely walkaround – lets the Upper Deck unfold seamlessly from stern to bow, offering guests an unprecedented sense of freedom and a fluid dialogue between indoors and out. Full-height windows disappear completely, turning the Glass House into a panoramic living room open on three sides and suspended above the sea. Completing the vision, the Deck2Deck™ Terrace unfolds to expand the cockpit into an elevated, sea-facing platform. Together, these elements compose a continuous, multi-level stage where relaxation, entertainment, and life in harmony with the marine world flow naturally into one another.

Beneath its sculptural form, the Grande 30M embodies the most advanced naval innovation developed by the Group R&D Department. It is the only yacht in its segment to unite carbon fiber construction, a wave-piercing bow, and a double-chine hull designed by P. L. Ausonio Naval Architecture: a combination that maximizes lightness while delivering exceptional hydrodynamic efficiency.

Propulsion is entrusted to a next-generation Rolls Royce propulsion system with mtu engines and POD. This breakthrough solution ensures a 15% gain in efficiency over conventional shaft line systems, cutting fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions while enhancing agility. The benefits extend further: the compact installation frees space on board, maneuverability is significantly improved, and both noise and vibration are minimized, allowing the Grande 30M to deliver the performance and handling of a far leaner yacht.

M2ATELIER BAREFOOT LUXURY INTERIORS FOR THE GRANDE 30M, GRANDE 36M AND GRANDE TRIDECK

Azimut Grande 36M

The three new models of the Grande Series unveil interiors by m2atelier, who bring to life the Barefoot Luxury design language created for Azimut. It is a vision of luxury reimagined as informal and contemporary. This aesthetic rests on a carefully balanced palette of materials and textures, refined gestures inspired by industrial design, and solutions that appear simple and restful, yet conceal an extraordinary sophistication. 

The Feature Walls of the new projects stand as the ultimate statement of solutions that appear simple at first glance yet embody remarkable sophistication. Traditionally, the aft wall of the saloon has served as a decorative canvas, enriched with precious materials and adorned with artworks. m2atelier reimagines these surfaces, turning them into unique expressions: works of art in their own right.

On the Grande 36M, the Gradient Wall showcases craftsmanship, chromatic research, and sartorial precision. Different shades of gradient have been designed and printed directly onto fabric, which is then hand-pleated by skilled artisans.

On the Grande 30M, the Deconstructed Wall is an exercise in architectural refinement, creating an effect of suspension and translucency through the use of glass, floating steps, and full-height decorative elements with a gentle profile reminiscent of an aircraft’s wings.

Finally, on the Grande Trideck, the Unveiling Wall once again combines sartorial craftsmanship – here applied to vertical slats – with precision mechanics that allow them to slide open, revealing the TV wall.

The Feature Walls embody an unmistakable creative vision, revealed also through m2atelier’s radical conception of line that shapes the interiors of all three yachts. Sharp, clean forms prevail, with curves employed only when essential as elements of transition, while the straight line becomes the purest expression of thought and refinement. In this interplay of horizontals, verticals and diagonals, spaces take shape with panels that approach yet never touch, expanding perspectives and creating a sense of harmony. Even the dining tables – the plectrum-inspired form on the Grande 30M and the polygonal one on the 36M beside the Gradient Wall – echo this design philosophy, turning geometry into comfort and conviviality.

AZIMUT MAGELLANO 27M

Azimut Magellano 27M

Another bold forthcoming addition to the Azimut fleet, revealed at the Cannes Yachting Festival, is the Magellano 27M, marking the third generation of its successful crossover line. With fresh design ideas and an emphasis on long-range cruising, the new model reflects the Italian builder’s vision of voyaging in style and comfort.

The project comes from the drawing boards of the Finnish designer Jarkko Jämsen, who shaped the exteriors, and AMDL CIRCLE & Michele De Lucchi for the interiors.

Jarkko Jämsén built the concept around a radical idea: the Magellano 27M is a living in-situ artwork, conceived not to dominate nature but to exist through it, her beauty revealed only in dialogue with the elements. Jämsén’s architecture dances between engineering and fluidity, just as the industrial line – the loop – traces its dance along the yacht’s profile, expressing a dual nature. 

At the heart of the project lies the main deck, conceived as a vast loggia over the sea: a space deeply glazed, immersed in light, and articulated by wooden architectural elements that evoke Mediterranean pergolas and patios. The result is an environment suspended between inside and out, a place where the landscape becomes part of daily life, and where design does not divide but filters, accompanies, and protects in continuity with nature.

Natural light is treated as a material in its own right. It enters with intensity, as it does on the open sea, yet is softened and warmed by the extensive use of light wood that lines walls, ceilings, and furnishings. The outcome is a luminous and intimate setting, enveloping, where light vibrates and guides the gaze.

Metal and wooden details complete the project with a sophisticated accent, where nature’s essence meets contemporary precision.
