Ferretti Group at CYF2025: 26 yachts, 6 premieres, 2 new projects

Ferretti Group brings 26 yachts, including 6 world premieres, and 2 new projects to the Cannes Yachting Festival.

Ferretti Group presented a total of 26 boats at the Cannes Yachting Festival, including six world premieres for the Ferretti Yachts, Itama, Riva and Wally brands, joined by Ferretti Yachts 940 and Pershing GTX70, which were unveiled at the last Venice Boat Show. The Group also had the biggest sailing yacht of the show featured — the Wallywind 110.

There was a high concentration of Riva boats in the fleet of premieres, not least Aquariva Special, after 300 unities, an evolution of the iconic runabout with new stylistic details and functions designed to offer an even more authentic cruising experience. Also eagerly awaited, Riva Cento is the exclusive limited edition of the Rivamare model, which introduces new on-board solutions designed to enhance comfort and liveability.

The broad and diversified range of models clearly indicated the strong market position of Ferretti Group, which, according to CEO Alberto Galassi, reported solid financial performance in the first half of the year:

  • €620.4 million of net revenue (+1.5% on the first half of 2024),
  • €99.1 million of adjusted EBTDA (up 2.5% with a margin of 16% (+20 basis points compared to 15.8% in the first half of 2024))
  • €43.6 million of net profit (basically stable compared to the first six months of 2024.
  • €467.3 million of total order intake.

Ferretti Yachts 800_07.jpg

Ferretti Yachts 800 is the new model that completes the range renewal process begun in 2018. Developed by Ferretti Yachts’ Cattolica shipyard, the project is the result of collaboration between the Product Strategy Committee led by Piero Ferrari and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department. The yacht has a length overall of 24.47 m (80 ft 3 in) – a version with a shorter stern platform is also available to comply with the 24-metre limit established by French law – and a maximum beam of 5.91 m (19 ft 5 in). The result of a stylistic evolution process involving architect Filippo Salvetti for the exteriors and the Ideaeitalia team for the interior design, Ferretti Yachts 800 offers the owner peerless comfort and a superior on-board lifestyle for a boat of this size, thanks to optimised spaces and meticulous layout planning. The most innovative features include large windows for uninterrupted views of the surroundings from the interiors and an optional sliding door on the starboard side of the salon; perfectly separated spaces to ensure total privacy; and optimisation of the exterior surfaces and particularly the flybridge (a full 40 m²), further enriching the on-board experience.

Itama 54 expands the brand’s range back into the open cruiser runabout segment from 50 to 59 feet, while maintaining its incomparable style and Italian elegance. This new model features more comfortable living areas when under way and is designed to offer more space on board. Itama 54 is the result of collaboration between the Strategic Product Committee led by Piero Ferrari and the Group’s Engineering Department, with design by Tommaso De Luca. Itama 54 stays true to the brand’s pared-down style, while introducing aesthetic and functional innovations. The new features include a large sunpad flush with the deck to maintain the continuity of the boat’s exterior design, and the raked transom that points up the boat’s dynamic styling. Itama 54 also features innovative side glazing, which for the first time runs the entire length of the hull, giving the boat an eye-catching, modern silhouette. The layout of the decks puts the emphasis on comfort: a revolutionary feature of the main deck is the double-cockpit layout in the outdoor living area, with two C-shaped sofas seating up to 10. The helm station completes the main deck, with a seat designed for maximum comfort and an innovative floating dashboard. The lower deck contains two cabins, two bathrooms, a galley and a dinette.

AQUARIVA SPECIAL

Aquariva Special_04.jpg

The only Special after the Aquarama. Already an icon of timeless beauty and destined to remain one thanks to the respectful and elegant restyling. Created in 2001 to carry on the legacy of the legendary Aquarama, in over two two decades of history the Aquariva has shown remarkable longevity and proved to be hugely successful, with over 300 units produced in 24 years. The perfect boat for a stylish day on the water, the lines of the Aquariva Special are graceful and harmonious. The new edition features minimal aesthetic changes, maintaining the original proportions and aligning only a few details to reflect the brand's current stylistic features. The new solutions include the brand-new design of the bow navigation lights, the double spherical glass windscreen, completely redesigned to give the boat a sleeker and more streamlined silhouette, the wider stern swim platform for easier access to the water, and cushions featuring new colours and refined chiaroscuro interplays. The Aquariva Special’s historical identity is also preserved by the helm station instrumentation, which is analogue in the standard version but also available in a digital version according to the owner's preferences.

Riva Cento is the limited edition celebrating the 100th Rivamare, one of the brand’s best-loved models. Enriched with new details, style features and functions, Riva Cento retains the classic and elegant identity of the original model, embellishing it with several new features such as the new stern handrail fully incorporated into the hull moulding and a new colour palette offering cushions available in two colours: biscuit or a combination of aquamarine and white. A distinctive feature of the boat is the stern swim platform: the electro-hydraulic hatch opens to create a beach area with chaise longue, storage for the fenders and Seabobs, and a retractable gangway. In the central area, covered by a bimini top incorporated in the C-shaped sofa, the living area can be converted into a spacious sunpad with the help of an electric up-down table. The interior features a large convertible dinette, which is shaped like the hull and converts into a double bed. RIVA 58’ CAPRI

Riva 58' Capri_03.jpg

The Riva 58’ Capri, a new-generation sport open yacht, is an evolution of the 56’ Rivale platform, drawing inspiration from the successful style and design of the 68’ Diable. This first model in a new family of sport open yachts is designed as a contemporary take on the unmistakably sporty and elegant DNA of Riva’s open range. The exterior styling, sleek but more sculpted, has been reworked with a more contemporary design that expresses a modern aesthetic without sacrificing the brand’s distinctive formal and functional simplicity. The interior design concept is based on maximum comfort and practicality, including when under way, while retaining the model’s sporty, dynamic spirit. Riva 58’ Capri has three cabins: two doubles for guests and one for the crew. The stern garage can also be customised to accommodate a Williams 325 tender or, alternatively, a Williams 285 TurboJet plus a Seabob. The stand-out feature of the 58’ Capri is the new fixed hard top covering the entire main deck. A retractable electric bimini top incorporated in the structure makes for easy shade management, while the air intake forward has an electric opening mechanism.

RIVA 112’ DOLCEVITA SUPER

Riva 112' Dolcevita Super_01.jpg

The new 112’ Dolcevita Super has the sleek and assertive profile featured on all the latest yachts in Riva's flybridge range. The model has redesigned spaces, increased dimensions and numerous innovative solutions to ensure that guests enjoy maximum functionality, extraordinary liveability and ever closer contact with the water. The outstanding features of the new superyacht include the generous outdoor areas. In the stern (59 m²), the two large bulwarks on either side of the 35-square-metre beach club swing out to form side terraces, increasing the size of this area. In the centre, behind the extra-large sun sofa, a ventilated space has been created for the safe storage of two Seabobs. The decor of the 60-square-metre flybridge has been redesigned for maximum comfort, with a large living area aft containing freestanding furniture, a cocktail bar with stools, and a concealed TV facing a large centrally positioned sofa. The interior spaces too have been radically restyled to offer the ultimate in comfort. The main lounge can have one of two different layouts—in the first the dining area is aft and the lounge midships, while the second more traditional version places the lounge and sofas in the entry area and the dining area in the centre. The larger windows in the master suite translate into even more natural light, while the double walk-in wardrobe increases space and functionality.

WALLYWIND110

wallywind110_08.jpg

The second wallywind110, the largest newly built sailing yacht at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2025, embodies Wally’s signature combination of elegance and performance. With its eye-catching sand grey hull and refined new interiors, this yacht is the latest evolution of Wally’s uncompromising vision for high-performance cruising. With both interiors and exteriors designed by Studio Santa Maria Magnolfi, the yacht combines a powerful carbon mast with a fast and stable hull, while offering the comfort four spacious cabins, including a flexible VIP suite and a dedicated office area. The redesigned pale oak finishes and carbon detailing create a sophisticated and light-filled interior ambiance, while outdoors guests can enjoy Wally’s signature sea terrace and plenty of space for socialising. Built using advanced carbon fibre technology and streamlined production processes, this second hull builds on the success of her sister yacht, Galma, raising the bar for modern high-performance cruising even higher. A true icon in the making, wallywind110 redefines the future of sailing yachts.

FERRETTI YACHTS 940

Ferretti Yachts 940_06.jpg

The best way to describe the new Ferretti Yachts 940 is as a magnificent “home on the water”. The ultimate expression of the Just Like Home style featured across the entire range, this yacht transforms every cruise into a fantastic journey and always makes the owner feel ‘at home’. Designed to welcome guests in a convivial atmosphere, the generous spaces are combined with solutions that elevate freedom and comfort to new levels. The sophisticated design of each setting and the care lavished on the stylistic details give the settings a particularly welcoming and functional feel—the ideal combination for moments of both fun and relaxation. With a length overall of 28.97 metres (95 ft 1 in) and a maximum beam of 6.76 metres (22 ft 2 in), this first widebody yacht in the range features a five-cabin layout – with the master cabin positioned on the main deck and four guest cabins – outstandingly versatile exterior spaces, and an incredible view out over the water through floor-to-ceiling glazed surfaces. Ferretti Yachts 940 is the result of collaboration between the Strategic Product Committee chaired by Piero Ferrari and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department. The exterior styling is by Filippo Salvetti, and the interiors are by design firm Ideaeitalia.

PERSHING GTX70

Pershing GTX70_09.jpg

Pershing GTX70 is the most compact model in the Sport Utility Yachts range, combining a “grand turismo” spirit and remarkable liveability with the agility and dynamism offered by a smaller boat. The third model in the range is the result of collaboration between the Ferretti Group Strategic Product Committee led by Piero Ferrari, Vallicelli Design and the Group's Engineering Department. Pershing GTX70 is the result of careful research to maximise the interior and exterior spaces, which are respectively 10% and 30% larger than the areas available on other models in the same category. The novelty introduced by the GTX range is the arrangement of the stern area on the main deck, which extends across two levels: the first hosts the beach area, which can be extended to offer up to 23 m² of space by opening the side terraces, while the second is dedicated to a cockpit shaded entirely by the sportfly. A folding door and an up-down glass panel that retracts into the galley cabinet unit connect the outdoor area to the main deck, creating a continuous open space hosting not only the galley but also the living area and helm station. Despite the more compact dimensions compared to previous models, the sundeck on Pershing GTX70 is generous with space and extends across 16 square metres, split into three areas for sunbathing, dining and the helm station. The lower deck contains three cabins with three en suite bathrooms.

  • LOA: 21.76 m – 71 ft 5 in
  • LOH: 21.04 m – 69 ft 0 in
  • Maximum beam: 5.42 m – 17 ft 9 in
  • Engines: 3 x VOLVO PENTA D13 IPS1200 power 900 mhp
