Italian shipyard Cantiere del Pardo has launched the first unit of its flagship 26.2-metre Grand Soleil Plus 80 Long Cruise, named Bianca II, at its Plus facility in Fano, Italy. The yacht will now undergo final outfitting followed by a 1,500-mile sea trial before heading to Porto Cervo for its debut at the Grand Soleil Cup 2026 in May.
First unveiled in January 2025, the GS Plus 80 LC expands the yard’s “Plus” range for yachts over 18 metres. Designed by naval architect Matteo Polli with styling and interiors by Nauta Design, the model combines performance with long-range cruising comfort.
Key features include a performance-optimised hull, carbon rig, twin rudders, and a telescopic keel for variable draught. The yacht accommodates eight guests across four cabins, with additional quarters for a crew of four.
