The 39.4 m long and 7.7 m wide sloop is the latest development from Hoek Design, the Dutch firm that has earned its reputation for designing classic yachts. She was built at the SES Yachts shipyard in Istanbul in two and a half years. The exterior features all the hallmarks of the iconic Truly Classic Hoek models: long overhangs (the waterline length is 28 m), wide cambered freeboard, elegant retro-style wooden deckhouse. The interior, decorated by Stockholm-based designer Daniel Estman, provides luxurious accommodation for ten people. The owner plans to use the yacht for transoceanic voyages and classic regattas, where Linnea Aurora will be able to compete with her earlier sister ships Atalante, Vijonara, Grace and Halekai of the TC 128 project.
